loved the location that was exceptionally nice and handy and not far from restaurants, the park and brewery/wineries. the room was clean, offered useful things, such as a microwave, coffee & tea making facilities, and refrigerators.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Lastly, the room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. It was well-maintained and clean, unlike some of the negative reviews I read. the value for money was excellent and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch, with cobwebs and some dirt around the place. some basic amenities, such as a second sofa and milk for tea or coffee, were lacking.

We had a great Christmas holiday at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding attractions and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the facilities provided, including the pool and playground, which kept the kids entertained all day. the hotel was situated in a great location, being so close to everything we wanted to do and central to the beautiful Swan Valley. We were able to attend an event with ease, and visited some great local wineries and restaurants nearby. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch service.

We did notice that some of the facilities could use some updating. Specifically, the pool was closed during the winter season, and some of the playground equipment was in need of repair.
